We offer refunds in the form of store credit only - no refunds to the original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Final sale items, undergarments, and custom-made products are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit does not expire, must be used in full in one purchase, and is non-transferable. Direct exchanges are not available; please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
