    Simply browse our collections, select the product you love, choose your size and color (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your payment.
  • Do I need an account to shop on Haanta?
    You can shop as a guest.
  • How do I know my size?
    Please check out our size chart for a guide to knowing your size. Since sizing may vary by brand, we recommend checking the measurements carefully before purchasing. We also have the option for you to include your measurements if you want custom-made wears.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be modified or canceled within 8 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team at hello@haanta.com immediately if you need changes. To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order. We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
  • Are the prices listed in USD or CAD?
    Prices are displayed in USD by default, but you can switch to CAD for Canadian customers.
  • Are there any hidden fees?
    No hidden fees! The final price at checkout includes the product price, taxes (if applicable), and shipping costs.
