At Haanta, all orders are processed within 5–7 business days, though some may take longer depending on specific vendor production timelines, which are clearly displayed on each product page. Custom-made orders will require additional time, and any extended timelines will be communicated in advance.

Once a vendor completes their processing, we conduct an internal quality check within 24 hours to ensure each item meets our standards and guarantees customer satisfaction. After this, your order is shipped, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs, weather, or local delivery conditions. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by customs authorities in their region.

We offer refunds in the form of store credit only—no refunds to the original payment method. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Final sale items, undergarments, and custom-made products are not returnable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Store credit does not expire, must be used in full in one purchase, and is non-transferable. Direct exchanges are not available; please return the item for store credit and place a new order.
