Orders can only be modified or canceled within 8 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team at hello@haanta.com (mailto:hello@haanta.com)immediately if you need changes. To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order. We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges.

Because each piece is handcrafted, the production phase typically takes between 4 to 7 working days.
Once the vendor finishes your outfit, it undergoes a rigorous Quality Audit within 24 hours to ensure it meets our standards before being shipped.
