Orders can only be modified or canceled within 8 hours of purchase. Please contact our support team at hello@haanta.com immediately if you need changes. To be eligible for a complete refund, kindly request cancellations within 8 hours of placing your order. We only replace items if they are defective, incorrect, or damaged. Exchanges do not include any shipping and handling charges.

Our system notifies vendors immediately after your payment is confirmed to ensure the process starts right away.

This means your outfit is created from scratch! Our vendors handle everything from fabric dyeing and precision sewing to hand-beading based on your specific measurements.

Because each piece is handcrafted, the production phase typically takes between 4 to 7 working days.

Once the vendor finishes your outfit, it undergoes a rigorous Quality Audit within 24 hours to ensure it meets our standards before being shipped.

Prices are displayed in USD by default, but you can switch to CAD for Canadian customers.

We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada from Nigeria.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

For orders shipping from Nigeria or Africa, Standard Shipping takes 15–21 working days, while Expedited Shipping arrives in 4–5 working days.

Order processing can take up to 5-7 working days, and shipping can take up to 10-14 working days, depending on the location. If any item processing will take longer, we will specify on the website or communicate with you via email. Handmade or custom items may take longer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For international orders, additional customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes! For items already stocked in our US/CA warehouses, Standard Shipping takes 4–6 working days and Expedited Shipping takes 2–3 working days.

Absolutely. Once your package clears our Quality Audit and is handed to the courier, we will email you a tracking number.

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective as all purchases are considered final sale. Please see our return policy for more information.
